Key Responsibilities
- Own the documentation lifecycle across various content types including release notes and Help Center articles

- Implement scalable workflows for documentation intake, review, and maintenance across teams
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in documentation strategy, technical writing, or knowledge management in a SaaS or tech environment
- Proven ability to design and govern documentation across content tooling systems
- Experience implementing editorial workflows and documentation performance metrics
- Familiarity with AI-driven support systems and structured content
- Background working with cross-functional teams to translate technical updates into user-friendly documentation
