Proposal Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Writer I (Temp Role).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and revise custom sales proposals in response to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs
• Write and edit proposal content to meet customer requirements and align with company branding
• Maintain knowledge of the K-12 EdTech market and contribute to content libraries for products

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of writing experience or in proposal services
• Experience in K-12 education, EdTech, or related industry preferred
• Experience working in a cross-functional/matrixed environment
• Familiarity with proposal management software, preferably Loopio or similar
• APMP certification preferred, but not required
