Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product & Solution Readiness Manager, Revenue Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end enablement intake process for new product and solutions related requests
- Develop and maintain a multi-quarter enablement plan aligned with strategic priorities
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with stakeholders to assess enablement effectiveness and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 10+ years in product & solution enablement, business partnering, or GTM strategy within a technology company
- Proven experience supporting enterprise-level sales organizations with enablement for product launches
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies
- Strong program management skills, including managing multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments
