Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to lead product initiatives in Salesforce and manage product backlogs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Define, prioritize, and maintain a well-groomed product backlog, balancing stakeholder requirements and business value
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring timely delivery of product features

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management
• Proven experience managing complex product backlogs in an agile environment
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• 2+ years of Salesforce product management experience (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification is a plus
