Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategic design and development of user experiences across internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of interactive user experiences across multiple systems
• Manage product activities from definition through production and end of life, influencing product strategy and roadmaps
• Provide strategic oversight throughout the product lifecycle, driving innovation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 7-9+ years of hands-on experience in a technical role or strong knowledge of user design theories
• Experience with enterprise software (SaaS/PaaS preferred) and User Experience design
• Demonstrated experience building user experiences within a digital adoption platform
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in either an engineering role, a UX designer role, or direct experience with a Digital Adoption platform
