Product Manager for AI Coaching

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to own its AI-powered coaching platform, ProfAI.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap for foundational AI training and AI use case coach components
• Define success metrics and drive toward ambitious goals for the platform
• Write PRDs, prototype features using AI tools, and manage sprint planning

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of PM experience as the sole PM for a product at startups or high-growth companies
• Power user of AI tools and LLMs, with extensive usage in current PM work
• Strong point of view on knowledge workers' needs regarding AI productivity
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and write clear PRDs
• Technical background or comfort working with small engineering teams
