Key Responsibilities

• Coach product managers on modern product practices and strategic thinking
• Facilitate understanding of the product operating model, emphasizing continuous strategy, discovery, and delivery
• Guide teams in aligning product outcomes with business objectives and customer value

Required Qualifications

• Experience coaching product managers, particularly those new to the role
• Deep knowledge of product discovery techniques and tools used in enterprise environments
• Ability to challenge assumptions and promote critical thinking over checklist coaching
• Understanding of the shift from project to product funding and thinking
• Experience navigating internal politics between business and tech stakeholders
