Product Owner Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Product Owner on Agile teams, managing the team backlog and representing stakeholder needs
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for system enhancements and new features
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or hybrid role
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Experience writing user stories and managing Agile backlogs
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA
