Product Manager - GenAI & ML/AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager specializing in GenAI & ML/AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery and research to identify high-impact problems and scalable solutions
• Provide expertise in data science and AI, guiding the ML team in model selection and performance measurement
• Collaborate with engineering teams on the execution of data ingestion and extraction workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in building B2B SaaS or data products, with at least 2 years focused on ML or LLM features
• Experience in prompt engineering and developing evaluation frameworks
• Familiarity with insurance core system integrations is highly desirable
• Knowledge of the insurance domain, particularly in Commercial Lines insurance
• Experience in user research and data-driven prioritization
