Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and launch of proprietary health and simplified issue life insurance products
• Collaborate with carriers, sales leaders, and internal teams to design market-driven solutions
• Optimize pricing and enhance agent and consumer experiences

Required Qualifications

• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) credential
• 7+ years of experience in Medicare supplement, Critical Illness, Final Expense, and/or Term Life markets
• Strong background in product development and pricing
• Experience in competitive analysis
• Ability to drive innovation and deliver high-impact products
