Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of up to 8 product operations managers
• Drive consistency across A2P messaging products and manage external relationships
• Create and implement plans for improvement and optimization within A2P messaging operations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CPaaS, operator, or messaging companies in North America preferred
• Proven operations experience with dynamic leadership skills
• Understanding of vendor management, product management, and development processes
• Experience in creating specialized documentation and presenting to all organizational levels
• Ability to travel within North America and occasionally internationally
