Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner in a high-performing Scrum environment
• Understanding of end-to-end contact center functionalities; Twilio Voice experience is a bonus
• Ability to document business needs and convert them into consumable user stories
• Experience in agile and scrum development organizations
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and workflow enhancement
