Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Owner in a high-performing Scrum environment
- Understanding of end-to-end contact center functionalities; Twilio Voice experience is a bonus
- Ability to document business needs and convert them into consumable user stories
- Experience in agile and scrum development organizations
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and workflow enhancement
