Product Manager - Integrations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - Integrations & Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, scoping, and delivery of integrations, ensuring alignment with partner capabilities and customer needs
• Act as the primary contact for integration partners, translating business requirements into technical deliverables
• Define scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables while managing integration roadmaps for on-time delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Product Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar role in SaaS
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs, authentication methods, webhooks, and data mapping
• Hands-on experience coordinating and troubleshooting in sandbox, test, and UAT environments
• Proven track record of managing third-party technology partnerships and integrations end-to-end
• Experience in hospitality technology, PMS systems, or middleware platforms is a plus
