Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Product Owner to act as a liaison between the ServiceNow platform team and stakeholders, focusing on Employee Workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional discovery and process workshops using agile methodology
- Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users and support deployment activities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with a comprehensive understanding of the product suite
- ServiceNow CSA or higher certification
- 8+ years of client-facing professional consulting experience, preferably with ServiceNow
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodology and leading sprint planning efforts
- Experience with supervising code migrations and providing feedback on defect remediation
