Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to lead the product strategy and execution of their client portal.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and strategy for the client portal
• Design and deliver core features such as case tracking, secure messaging, document upload, payments, and notifications
• Lead a team of full-stack Ruby on Rails engineers, setting priorities and driving execution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with customer-facing apps
• Proven track record of delivering products end-to-end, from concept through launch and iteration
• Exceptional organizational skills, with experience running complex builds across multiple teams and systems
• Experience managing engineers directly and fostering a culture of ownership, speed, and accountability
• Deep client empathy and a genuine desire to understand and help clients
