Key Responsibilities
- Develop persona-specific playbooks and field toolkits, including talk tracks and objection handling guides
- Maintain and evolve pitch decks to ensure they are compelling and aligned with product advancements
- Launch and manage onboarding and continuous training paths for the sales team
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing or sales enablement, preferably in technology or AI
- Proven track record of developing successful sales enablement programs
- Experience in creating persona-specific sales playbooks and sales collateral
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and buyer journeys
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking the effectiveness of enablement programs
