Product Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Lead - Process & Trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document scalable processes for product development and lifecycle management
• Design and coordinate product trials, defining objectives and success metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute trials and analyze data for product refinements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) or equivalent certifications
• 5-7+ years in product operations, program management, or business operations
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
