Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the product portfolio for the RV & Camping vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction and business performance of the PMS platform for RV parks and campgrounds
• Develop and communicate a customer-centric product roadmap, prioritizing development across core modules
• Manage and coach a team of product managers, fostering a high-performance product culture

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, including 3+ years managing PMs
• Proven track record of owning a complex product portfolio with measurable impact on revenue and customer satisfaction
• Strong understanding of hospitality technology, particularly property management and booking software
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Prior experience with PMS or booking platforms is highly desirable
