Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or related experience in software products
• Knowledge of human capital management systems and HR/Payroll/Tax products
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software product lifecycles
• Experience using AI/ML tools for process automation and insights generation
• Ability to design scalable systems and influence cross-functional teams
