A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager to support product team operations and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product team operations by defining and executing management of product processes and tools
- Lead go-to-market and product end-of-life activities, coordinating with stakeholders and engineering
- Create and distribute internal and customer-facing product communications, managing feedback channels and tools
Required Qualifications
- Highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven approach
- Ability to contextualize impacts of work on customer experience
- Analytical mindset with experience or willingness to learn product analytics tools
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Pendo, Hubspot, and Salesforce
- Experience in a SaaS product operations role is preferred
