Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner to manage product development in a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to communicate requirements and priorities
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to deliver maximum value aligned with business goals
• Lead Agile ceremonies and provide domain expertise in utility industry processes, particularly in Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS)

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within Agile software development environments
• Prior experience in the utility industry, with knowledge of National Grid's processes preferred
• Proficient in data analytics tools and platforms including Snowflake, Matillion, and Databricks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience serving as an Agile Coach
