Product Research Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert global & regionalized phishing & social engineering threats into effective training content
• Own and curate the phishing + social engineering content portfolio, ensuring it meets product requirements
• Collaborate with the Principal Researcher to deliver unified Security Awareness + Human Risk Management outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in triaging business email compromise and performing initial access root cause analysis
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS
• Experience managing phishing simulation services and analyzing simulation results
• Social engineering and Human Computer Interaction (HCI) experience, including relevant coursework or certifications
• Experience in creating content and messaging for educational purposes
