Product Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Training Specialist to support customer and business partner education through instructor-led training.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver instructor-led training for customers in both in-person and virtual formats
• Provide support to internal and external customers via a service ticketing system
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain a library of training content for efficient delivery

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience in developing and delivering customer-facing instructional solutions in classroom and virtual environments, preferably with a SaaS product
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Solid understanding of instructional methodologies and adult learning theory
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in Spanish and English
