Job Summary
A company is looking for an Ethics Specialist, Training (Retainer), Multiple positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve training, outreach, and awareness-raising materials on ethics
- Schedule and deliver in-person and virtual ethics training sessions
- Assess the impact of training and outreach activities, analyzing results for improvements
Required Qualifications
- Advanced university degree in a relevant field or a Bachelor's degree with 2 additional years of experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational ethics or training development
- Experience in delivering training and outreach in an ethics function is desirable
- Fluency in English and one additional UN official language (French, Spanish, or Arabic) is required
- Experience in a multicultural and/or international work environment is preferred
