Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Program (Employment and Education).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of employment and educational programming for youth experiencing homelessness
• Collaborate with site leaders to expand opportunities and establish career pathways for youth
• Support data collection and reporting for employment and education initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, nonprofit administration, or a related field
• 5 years of program leadership experience in social service administration, preferably in youth homeless services
• Experience in workforce development and education fields
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
