Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Executive to oversee the delivery of complex automation programs for major clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive point of contact for major clients, ensuring alignment between client expectations and project execution
• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale automation programs, managing scope, budget, risk, and quality
• Mentor and inspire a cross-functional team, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 10+ years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience in program management with a proven track record in automation projects
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects effectively
• Expertise in budget management across various projects and programs
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired
