Program Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Finance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements for monthly, quarterly, and annual outlooks, supporting the Annual Operating Plan and completing Estimates at Complete
• Manage month-end closing processes, including revenue and cash management, and prepare detailed invoices
• Identify program risks and opportunities, recommending cost reductions and strategies to mitigate risks while monitoring key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field and 4+ years of relevant experience in program financial control
• Experience with contract cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple contracts and stakeholders
• US citizenship required, with the ability to obtain security clearance as needed
• Proficiency in financial systems such as Costpoint, Cognos, and Oracle Analytics is preferred
