A company is looking for a Program Manager - Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own P1/P2 escalations end-to-end, providing triage, action plans, and real-time updates
- Deliver post-mortems and executive summaries, and analyze escalation themes for process improvement
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to standardize workflows, SLAs, and tools while coaching teams on best practices
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in Customer Success, Support Ops, or similar, managing high-severity escalations
- Proven experience leading cross-functional process-improvement projects
- Strong program/project management skills (PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- Data-driven decision-making and structured problem-solving abilities
