Program Quality Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Quality Management & Compliance Lead-CMMI-ITIL REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective processes to ensure quality of products and services
• Review, audit, and improve program activities for compliance with established criteria
• Implement new processes and recommend improvements based on best practices

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8 years of experience or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• ITIL Foundation Certification or related experience (must obtain certification within 3 months of hire)
• Working knowledge of CMMI-SVC v3.0 framework and auditing practices
• Experience with configuration management and risk management
