Quality Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Quality Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement a comprehensive quality strategy and testing framework
• Define, implement, and monitor key quality metrics and maintain quality dashboards
• Lead a small team of integration testers and provide mentorship to Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field; master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software quality management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven experience leading quality initiatives in large-scale SaaS or enterprise software organizations
• Strong background in both legacy system quality management and modern DevOps/Agile quality practices
• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with CI/CD pipelines
