Test Lead/Test Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Lead/Test Architect to support a Public Sector client with an MES Transformation Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts
• Lead all aspects of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including Test Planning and Defect Management
• Engage with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and address testing-related concerns

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Test Lead/Test Architect
• 5-10 years of hands-on testing experience in large scale systems, preferably in US Healthcare Payer systems
• Domain expertise in MMIS/MES, Medicaid/Medicare systems, and HIPAA regulations
• Proficiency in test management tools and performance testing tools
• Applicable college degree
