Programme Analyst - Quality Assurance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Programme Analyst - Quality Programming (Home-Based).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the review and quality assurance of Country Programme Documents and project submissions to ensure compliance with programming standards
• Coordinate the production of high-quality briefing materials and manage responses related to corporate audit and evaluation recommendations
• Assist in planning and delivering capacity-building initiatives and contribute to the design of learning agendas for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Social Policy, Public Policy, Politics, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field; or a bachelor's degree with two additional years of experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with a master's degree, or 4 years with a bachelor's degree in policy or program management
• Proven experience in programme and project quality assurance and change management
• Experience in developing training materials and facilitating capacity-building initiatives
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required; working knowledge of French and another UN language is desirable
