Senior QA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join their engineering team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage QA test plans for multiple product lines
• Lead QA planning sessions and perform browser testing with Playwright, translating tests into automated scripts
• Mentor QA engineers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with development leads on quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience with demonstrated leadership and strategic planning
• Experience leading testing efforts for complex, multi-component systems
• Familiarity with AI tooling, git, and high-level programming languages such as JavaScript or Python
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with various testing techniques and mentoring team members
