IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Quality Assurance Analyst III - Enterprise Payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day task management across multiple project test teams and ensure overall quality of IT projects
• Design and implement automation frameworks, streamline testing processes, and lead automation efforts
• Collaborate with development and business partners, manage test data, and produce reports with insights for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of Quality Assurance experience in a Financial Services organization, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
• Expertise in quality automation tools such as Selenium, Karate, and Cucumber
• Strong knowledge of Banking Domain, particularly in Payments & Reporting on client-facing platforms
• Experience with QA strategies, including UI and API level testing
• Demonstrated experience in leading QA teams and executing complex testing strategies
