A company is looking for a Director of Asset Management Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Asset Management testing program, providing strategic direction and engaging with senior management and risk partners
• Plan and direct independent risk-based monitoring and evaluation activities, ensuring effective risk management processes
• Utilize data analysis methodologies to lead a team in designing data-driven testing to evaluate controls and identify weaknesses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 10 years of compliance, risk, and/or audit experience in a management role
• In-depth knowledge of asset management products, compliance, operations, and risk management strategies
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Experience in strategic planning across multiple functional areas and business processes
