Quality Improvement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Quality Improvement - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Quality Execution Team to enhance quality ratings and ensure compliance with regulations
• Track and analyze key performance indicators related to quality measures like HEDIS and QARR
• Develop and manage quality education materials and lead quality improvement committees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a health services field or related required; advanced degree preferred
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
• 5 - 8+ years of relevant professional experience in a healthcare provider environment
• 3 - 5+ years of managed care experience in government-sponsored insurance programs
• Experience with HEDIS, QARR, CAHPS, and HOS requirements
