Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Global Quality strategic plan aligned with business objectives
- Oversee the Quality department's budget and manage global Quality systems for compliance and efficiency
- Implement training programs and process improvements to enhance Quality operations and foster a culture of operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in healthcare, technology, or industry
- Strong background in quality management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of delivering innovative business results
- Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
