Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement overall QA strategy, processes, and best practices for manual and automation testing
• Manage and mentor QA engineers, ensuring continuous improvement of skills and team effectiveness
• Oversee the creation and execution of test cases, scripts, and data across various testing types, while providing quality metrics and defect reports

Required Qualifications

• 14-15+ years of experience in a managerial capacity within QA
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps pipelines
• Hands-on experience with QA tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, and JUnit
• Experience with test management tools like Jira, Zephyr, and Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and CI/CD tools, including Jenkins and GitHub Actions
