Quality Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Engineer to focus on testing in a big data environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a scrum team to develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and execute tests
• Perform both scripted and exploratory test execution to ensure sufficient test coverage
• Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, maintaining organized records of test results

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an automation QA Engineer or Analyst in an Agile environment
• Expertise in software testing, including functional, exploratory, and regression testing
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or SpecFlow BDD Framework
• Basic SQL skills and experience with SQL Server Management Studio
• Experience in testing web services (APIs) using tools like SoapUI or Postman
