Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Quality Assurance Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define overall QA strategy and roadmap, overseeing test automation strategy
• Lead QA teams in developing the QA framework, standards, and quality metrics
• Manage manual and automated testing teams while collaborating with the Product team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• 10 years of experience leading Software QA teams in a digital environment
• 7 years of experience in the Retail Commerce domain
• Hands-on experience in various testing methods and tools, including automated testing
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment supporting a diverse portfolio of Commerce products
