Test Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Engineer responsible for executing software testing processes to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements to create test plans, test cases, and test scripts while collaborating with stakeholders
• Execute manual and automated tests, perform regression and system testing, and report results
• Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues and validate fixes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in software testing, with exposure to both manual and automated testing
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, or Python) for test automation
• Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium or Playwright and familiarity with performance testing tools
• Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and CI/CD pipelines
