Software Product Verification Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Product Verification Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and support a portfolio of cloud software products, ensuring they meet specified requirements and maintain high quality
• Execute test plans, identify and document defects, and develop test plans for new capabilities
• Collaborate with developers and support teams to validate and diagnose customer-reported issues

Required Qualifications

• Technical background in VoIP solutions or UCaaS, with experience in Linux, virtualization, security, and networking
• Experience working with IT ticketing platforms
• 5 years of experience in software product verification and test methodologies
• Experience with automated testing and Python is recommended
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and technical support for production systems
