Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and conduct audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and analyze data for operational insights
- Collaborate with service leaders to document best practices and streamline service processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations, quality assurance, or process improvement roles
- Proven track record of analyzing service data and driving operational change
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
