Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Quality Improvement Consultant - Outpatient Clinical Practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Quality Improvement Consultants delivering consultation and coaching services to outpatient clinical practices
- Guide team members in data interpretation and assist providers in overcoming barriers to improvement
- Engage with providers to identify opportunities and concerns related to their progress in quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in health care administration, nursing, public health, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 3+ years
- At least three years of Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) experience
- Experience with Quality Improvement methods and tools, including root cause analysis and process mapping
- Quality credentials such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certified Patient Safety Professional (CPPS) are desirable
- Ability to function effectively in a remote work environment and manage multiple priorities
