Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Quality Manager in the healthcare sector, focusing on quality assurance and performance improvement in the Neurology Service Line.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Clinical Leadership to establish clinical performance standards and service expectations
- Lead performance improvement initiatives and support regulatory compliance within the Neurology Business Unit
- Act as a liaison between Operations and Clinical teams to enhance patient safety and quality improvement processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in Quality Management in healthcare
- Preferred experience in healthcare administration or leadership and in Neurology or Emergency Medicine
- Ability to navigate multiple EMR systems and proficiency in video-based platforms
- Understanding of clinical procedures, laws, regulations, and medical terminology
