Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Quality Manager in the healthcare sector, focusing on quality assurance and performance improvement in the Neurology Service Line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Clinical Leadership to establish clinical performance standards and service expectations
  • Lead performance improvement initiatives and support regulatory compliance within the Neurology Business Unit
  • Act as a liaison between Operations and Clinical teams to enhance patient safety and quality improvement processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in Quality Management in healthcare
  • Preferred experience in healthcare administration or leadership and in Neurology or Emergency Medicine
  • Ability to navigate multiple EMR systems and proficiency in video-based platforms
  • Understanding of clinical procedures, laws, regulations, and medical terminology
