A company is looking for a Quality & Compliance Specialist to manage compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain understanding of AFA contracts and act as a subject matter expert
- Serve as a liaison between Program Managers and Operations teams to resolve contract-related issues
- Oversee the complaint process and assist in developing corrective actions for quality issues
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to handle responsibilities with limited supervision
- High standards of integrity and organizational skills
