Quality Control Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned control tests related to BSA/AML and OFAC Compliance programs
• Collaborate with QC Leadership to enhance education, mentorship, and colleague development
• Develop and maintain relationships with operational colleagues for effective communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or a high school diploma with 4 years of relevant banking or financial experience
• Two or more years of experience in the financial/banking industry or BSA/AML department
• Experience in an investigation, testing, risk & control, or audit role
• At least one year of experience in colleague coaching and leadership
• Familiarity with federal regulations such as the USA PATRIOT Act and Bank Secrecy Act
