Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Team Lead with team scheduling and performance data collection
• Coach team members and support effective audit processes using QA metrics
• Perform daily audit functions and ensure compliance with credit policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of college education and a High School Diploma or GED
• At least 3+ years of audit experience in Quality Assurance or related fields
• Demonstrated knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory expectations
• Able to work well under pressure to meet goals with minimal direction
• Experience using multiple tools such as Salesforce and Google Sheets
