Job Summary
A company is looking for a Test Manager who designs and executes testing for various systems and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administers testing events in accordance with organizational processes and procedures
- Supervises employees engaged in test engineering activities and oversees staffing, scheduling, and planning
- Ensures successful testing outcomes for each release, providing data and results to senior team members
Required Qualifications:
- Seven (7)+ years of experience in a related role such as Test Manager or Test Lead
- Required to maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c)
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Demonstrated experience in managing test plans and projects for high-quality completion
