Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Analyst II to perform Quality Assurance reviews and provide feedback on departmental processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains Quality procedural documentation and repositories
- Analyzes QA review results and provides feedback on root causes and operational improvement opportunities
- Participates in and leads small to medium scope operational improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate knowledge of quality assurance or auditing standards and techniques
- Basic knowledge of process analysis and customer service improvement
- Intermediate to advanced data analysis skills in MS Access or MS Excel
- Professional certification preferred: CIA, CPA, ASQ or LEAN/Six Sigma
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field with 2-4 years of experience
